Compensation Structure

Seaway’s base compensation structure is market based. We benchmarked 75% of Seaway’s plastic jobs with market salary and wage surveys of plastic injection molding and manufacturing sectors. Aligning with Seaway’s compensation philosophy, competitive base pay grades were developed. Every 12 months we reevaluate the market rates for the benchmark jobs to account for fluctuations in the economy, and then update the structure.
